• Washing, drying, folding and packing
• Weighing in front of you, with the price confirmed first

Not included

• Ironing is not included in wash and fold prices
• Special stain removal (cooking oil, car oil, sunscreen, lipstick, mould, yellowing, colour transfer) is not included in standard washing. Intensive cleaning is available on request.

Reporting an issue

Any issue must be reported within 48 hours after pickup or delivery. Message us on WhatsApp with your order code and a photo.
